生育線設置
•產品規格：S: 390mm×320mm M: 450mm×320mm L: 500mm×330mm XL: 525mm×330mm
•產品結構：棉芯SAP混合或吸水芯體，上下衛生紙，導流層，底膜，立體橡筋，腿部橡筋，前腰貼，表層無紡布，S切，據水無紡布（立體護圍），在線成型彈性腰圍。
•控制系統：PLC控制，采用觸摸屏操作人機界面，配置高清電視顯示器
•傳動系統：整機傳動采用伺服傳動，保證線速度準確性，數字化換號；前腰貼、底膜采用伺服定位切，保證圖案與相位一致。
•張力系統：配置張力開卷系統，恒張力控制及儲料機構，材料糾偏系統。這套恒張力系統確保了全速狀態下接料穩定，最大限度減小了對材料拉力的沖擊，減少停機次數。
•安全系統：操作面裝有安全防護裝置并配有急停開關、安全標識，后傳動裝有安全拉線，高音頻風機采用隔音或消聲裝置。
